Thoughtful Instruction. Personalized Support. Meaningful Growth.

Every child learns differently, and finding the right support can make all the difference.

I offer personalized academic instruction and educational guidance designed to help elementary learners build strong foundations, develop confidence, and make meaningful progress.

Whether your family is seeking targeted reading or math support, hands-on small-group learning, or guidance with homeschool curriculum, our services are thoughtfully designed around each child's individual needs.

Explore our services below to find the right fit for your family.

1:1 Reading and Math Support

Personalized instruction for elementary learners who need focused support in reading or math. Each session targets your child's specific skill needs through explicit instruction, guided practice, and progress monitoring, helping build stronger foundational skills and confidence.

Enrollment is offered in four-week cycles so families can evaluate fit and review progress before continuing. Because meaningful academic growth takes time, families are encouraged to continue for multiple cycles based on the student's needs and progress.

One-on-one sessions can meet in person or online, so you can choose what fits your child and your schedule.

What to Expect: Your First Four Individual Sessions

Our first four sessions help me understand your child’s strengths, identify a useful starting point, and provide focused reading or math instruction.

Before We Begin | Share Your Child’s Story
Complete a parent questionnaire about your child’s learning history, strengths, and your goals. We’ll confirm scheduling and answer any questions before the first session.

You’ll stay informed throughout. After each session, you’ll receive notes explaining what we practiced, how your child responded, and a simple way to reinforce learning at home.

This is a flexible starting framework. The pace and activities are tailored to your child, and progress monitoring continues beyond the first four sessions.

NOW FORMING

Focused math practice for elementary students who need a little extra guidance to build strong foundations and feel more confident with math concepts.

Skills We May Work On

Each group focuses on its students’ shared needs, such as:

  • Understanding how numbers work and relate (number sense)

  • Knowing what each digit is worth (place value)

  • Adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing (computation)

  • Fractions

  • Explaining and making sense of math (mathematical reasoning)

  • Solving word problems (problem-solving)

Through hands-on activities, visual models, guided practice, and collaborative problem-solving, students develop a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts and improve math confidence.
